最近在找一些新的歌來聽,發現一些不錯的舊歌,像是這首Creep,之前沒有注意過radiohead這個團,沒想到他們的歌也滿好聽的,最近還喜歡上Coldplay的Yellow,我知道我是很後知後覺,哈哈,這兩首歌都很舊了,不過還是在這裡推薦一下啦!

Taken 電影
這個周末看到電視又再重播這部電影,又再看了一次,應該已經是我第4或5次看了,Liam Neeson在戲裡有一些經典台詞,我在youtube上找到這個電影片段
我覺得最酷的地方,就是他找到壞人的地方,並且找到當初這些壞人要抓走他女兒時,其中一個在電話裡跟他說good luck的那個人,在這段影片裡可以看到(3:45的地方):
"You don't remember me. We spoke on the phone two days ago. I told you I would find you."天啊!真的是酷翻了!!!!
後面還有一部分我也覺得很酷(影片7:53處),就是他把那個壞人活捉,綁在自製電椅上,刑求那個人,最後那個壞人有說出他把他女兒賣給Saint Clair,只是他真的不知道那個Saint Clair在哪,壞人在苦苦哀求不要再折磨他了,他已經說出他知道的了,不過男主角最後還是很殘酷的說:I believe you, but it's not gonna save you.就把開關打開。

麥田捕手 The catcher in the rye by J. D. Salinger
這是我去年看完麥田捕手寫下的心得,現在才貼上來
昨天把這本書看完,故事本身沒有什麼,就只是一個青少年對於未來迷網,不想長大的心情,主人翁Holden又被學校退學,在真正放假之前,他受不了了,就直接提早四天走人,在紐約流浪的故事。
雖說故事沒什麼,不過其中很多句話都很有意思,由於現在自己不是青少年了,有些地方會很不認同,不過他有很多想法,我也有想過,有些感受,高中時的我也有過,很可惜高中時沒有念這本書,不知道高中的我念這本書會有什麼不同想法
他幾乎從頭到尾都一直在罵髒話,很多地方形容那些他認為假惺惺的成人,其實我覺得很多地方都形容得很貼切,我覺得很有趣,前半段我幾乎覺得我在看一本幽默的書
為 什麼會叫麥田捕手?是在故事的很後面,Holden偷溜進家中去見妹妹,妹妹問他有沒有想過要做什麼?(妹妹這時因為他又被退學,感到很失望),他說他想 要在一個有很多小孩在遊戲的麥田,他會站在懸崖邊,抓住快要掉下去的小孩,這是一個保護者的角色,有人解釋說懸崖就是大人的世界,在Holden的心目中 希望可以一直維持小孩的純真。
這本書是1950的書,我想書這麼好看,又經典,應該會有電影,結果原來作者一直不願意改編成電影,作者去年去世,不知道會不會有可能就有電影,如果真的要改編為電影,可能會有一堆人搶著演男主角,一定會很值得進電影院看的

Anyway, I keep picturing all these little kids playing some game in this big field of rye and all. Thousands of little kids, and nobody's around - nobody big, I mean - except me. And I'm standing on the edge of some crazy cliff. "幸好"的英文
在中文常常會說:幸好(好險).....像是:幸好你今天有來上課!那要怎麼用英文說呢?
你可以說:I didn't know the teacher was going to take roll. Good thing you came to class today.(我沒想到老師今天會點名,幸好你有來上課) 在句子前面加good thing就有幸好的意思,很簡單吧!
fortunately(luckily)好像也有類似的意思,不過使用的情況其實不同,用good thing.....是有"好加在"的意思,就是如果不是這樣,後果可能不太好,可是fortunately(luckily)比較是用在你感覺很幸運的時候,比較沒有好險的感覺。
